Why isn't your pricing listed?
Because a single-location practice and a five-site group don't need the same build, and quoting one number would be wrong for most people. There are always two figures — a one-off setup fee and a flat monthly fee — and you'll have both in writing after the consult, before you commit to anything.
What happens if it can't handle something?
It transfers to a real person, or takes a message and flags it as urgent — based on rules you set during onboarding. You decide what gets escalated and to whom.
